Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Stetson box or a secure shipping container, ensuring all original tags and protective inserts are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
